EMIAS Integration
A fully integrated CryptoPro-based XML digital signing module built into a Laravel backend for secure exchange with EMIAS.SPED, the Unified Medical Information System of Moscow. The system signs and transmits medical documents using GOST R 34.10-2012 and 34.11-2012 standards, complying with strict healthcare integration protocols.
The Challenge
Build a secure document exchange pipeline with EMIAS that signs medical documents to Russian GOST cryptographic standards and transmits them over SOAP, meeting strict healthcare integration requirements.
Our Approach
Connected CryptoPro CSP .p12 certificate containers on Linux using csptest, certmgr, and cryptcp, implemented detached XMLDSig signing with the GOST R 34.10-2012 and 34.11-2012 algorithms, built a custom CryptoProXmlSigner class integrated with Laravel services and queue workers, and connected it to EMIAS SOAP endpoints for secure document transmission.
