By accessing or using Innovayse's services, website, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to web development, SEO services, PPC advertising, and SaaS products.

Innovayse provides digital agency services including web development, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising management, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Service deliverables, timelines, and specifications will be outlined in individual project agreements or service contracts between Innovayse and the client.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Innovayse. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom-developed work as specified in their project agreement. However, Innovayse retains the right to use non-confidential aspects of the work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Our SaaS products are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the subscription terms.

Payment terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in individual service agreements or displayed on our pricing pages for SaaS products.

For project-based work, a deposit may be required before work commences. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscription services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services or contact us directly.

In no event shall Innovayse, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Innovayse for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
