General Principles

At Innovayse, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. However, due to the digital nature of our work, specific refund rules apply to different categories of products and services.

SaaS & Subscriptions

For our SaaS platforms (SmartLearn, PropSystem, etc.):

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months already billed. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Yearly subscriptions: Refund requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Custom Projects

For web development, mobile apps, and custom agency projects:

Commitment Fees: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced (UI/UX phase or architecture planning).

Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the approval of specific milestones are non-refundable as they represent completed stages of production.

Full Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before completion, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Hosting Services

Innovayse hosting services follow a '30-Day Money-Back Guarantee' for new accounts. This excludes domain registration fees, which are non-refundable under industry standards.

Renewal fees for hosting services are non-refundable once the new billing cycle starts.

Digital Marketing & SEO

SEO and PPC management fees are non-refundable for months where services have already been delivered or campaigns have been actively managed.

Ad spend paid directly to platforms like Google or Meta is subject to their respective refund policies and is not managed by Innovayse.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel a service, please submit a support ticket via our Client Portal or email our billing department at billing@innovayse.com.

Requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
